Longevity & Health

Longevity is the extension of a healthy lifespan in full vitality. Tailored approaches aim to prevent disease before symptoms emerge. The primary goal is not simply to maximize the number of years lived, but rather to improve their quality. The pursuit of longevity is only meaningful if advanced age can be experienced in pure vitality, without significant limitations, and free of physical or mental complaints.

Objectives
The approach focuses on the unique individual, taking into account both the person and the person’s environment. A comprehensive analysis is implemented on all aspects of complex human life: from biochemistry to cells, mitochondria, and tissues, to the whole body in relation to its social context and environmental factors. The aim is to regulate the internal and external biological ecosystem through sustainable interventions to maintain balance in body, mind, and social environment. The focus is on addressing identified health issues through specific orthomolecular, bioregulatory, and metabolic therapies, as well as lifestyle changes. It is never too late to take care of your health; but the earlier this is done, the better.

The “Longevity & Health” retreat includes:
