The workplace is located in Ascona or St. Moritz depending on the season. You love the variety between administrative and operational tasks, have great social skills and enjoy working with people? In this exciting and responsible position, you will be co-responsible for the strategic and operational management of Human Resources, including the realisation of employee planning, recruitment and development. Together with the Director of Human Resources, you will look after around 200 employees in a friendly and informal environment.

• Good MS Office knowledge, Mirus knowledge as an advantage
• Good language skills in German, Italian and English
