For our Giardino Bed&Breakfast in Champfèr-St.Moritz, we are looking to fill the following position starting approx. from the end of June 2024:

Front Office Agent

Your tasks include, among other things, the guest service, the check-in, and check-out of the guests, the telephone support as well as cash accounting. Due to your character, you understand how to look after our guests in a playful yet professional manner at the highest level.

#aboutyou

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or the hotel industry 
• Experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry
• Confident handling of MS Office and Protel PMS
• Willingness to replace the night auditor
• Sense of duty, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Distinctive hospitality skills
• Excellent language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
