At our soul retreat Giardino Ascona in Ticino, we are looking to fill the following position for the upcoming summer season, starting approx. from June 2024:

Front Office Trainee

Would you like to gain initial experience in the Front Office and Rooms Division for your compulsory internship during your studies at the hotel management school? During your internship, you will work in various areas and thus gain an ideal introduction to this branch of the hotel industry.

#aboutyourtasks

  • Check-In and Check-Out
  • Managing the cash register and accounting
  • Creating the Giardino Daily/Weekly for our guests
  • General guest care
  • Supporting the conciergerie and assisting/replacing the night auditor

  • Good MS Office skills, knowledge of Protel as an advantage
  • Sense of duty, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills and any other language is an advantage
  • Respectful interaction with colleagues and superiors
  • A well-groomed appearance and a confident manner
