Tourist taxes
The visitor’s tax of CHF 4.50 and the accommodation tax of CHF 1.70 per person per day will be charged separately.

An extra bed in the room is charged at CHF 170 per night and person. Extra beds are possible from the category double room morning sun upwards and on request.
Breakfast
A buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 11:00 am in the Hide & Seek Restaurant.
Dogs
Dogs are charged CHF 40 per night and dog, excluding food. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurants and on the sunbathing lawn.
Family offers
Children up to 12 years
Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in their parents’ room, breakfast included. Dinner for children is offered à la carte.
Children aged 13 and over
For children aged 13 and over, the price for an extra bed is CHF 170 per person per night, including breakfast. Extra beds are available from the double room morning sun category upwards and on request.
Dino Club
Children can use the Dino Club in a separate area of the park with a football pitch. Supervision with a changing adventure program is offered. For children from 3 to 13 years.
Giardino Shuttle
Conveniently from the center to the lake – or directly to the sister hotel Giardino Lago. Our shuttle will take you to your destination and pick you up again on request.
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation periods
Giardino guarantee
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to seven days before arrival. For later cancellations, the booked room price will be charged for up to three nights. The same rule applies to late arrivals or early departures for the nights not used.
Risk-free booking
Thanks to our partner Allianz, you can use a travel cancellation insurance service. It should be noted that this insurance will only be valid if taken out at the latest before the start of the journey.

If you are arriving by car, the use of the underground/outdoor parking space is mandatory and will be charged at CHF 30.
Electric car charging stations
The universal charging station for electric or hybrid cars can be used by overnight guests free of charge. The electric charging station is compatible with the most popular car brands. The station is not a fast charging station.

Dine-around half board
For CHF 80 per person per day, you can enjoy our half board during your entire stay. Normally in the Hide & Seek restaurant, on request and depending on availability also in the Lago restaurant. In the gourmet restaurant Ecco the half-board amount will be deducted.
