Engadine cuisine is down-to-earth. Made for life in the mountains, in high air and rugged nature. Mountain life may have changed, but the cuisine has remained the same. It is still both hearty and delicious. The St. Moritz restaurant Stüva (the “Wohnstube”) serves this Engadine culture on a plate. For example capuns or pizzoccheri. You can climb any mountain with them the next day.
