Tourist taxes
The visitor’s tax of CHF 5.45 per person and day will be charged separately.

Additional sleeping options
In the Medium double room and in the suite, a cot for children aged 0 to 2 years can be provided, with breakfast included. In the suite, an extra bed for children aged 3 to 12 years is free of charge, with breakfast included. For children and adults aged 13 and over, an extra bed costs CHF 60 per person per night, with breakfast included.
Note: For bookings with arrival on the same day with children, a reservation until 5:00 p.m. is required in order to guarantee baby or extra beds.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Lago Restaurant from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.
Dogs
Dogs are charged CHF 30 per night per dog, excluding food. Dogs are permitted in all areas.
Cancellation periods
Giardino guarantee
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. If you cancel later, the booked room price will be charged for up to three nights. The same rule applies to late arrivals or early departures for nights not occupied.
Risk-free booking
Thanks to our partner Allianz, you can use a travel cancellation insurance service. It should be noted that this insurance will only be valid if taken out at the latest before the start of the journey.

Parking
The hotel has 12 free parking spaces available. These cannot be reserved. Another large public car park is available right next to the hotel (max. CHF 5/per day).
Electric car charging stations
The universal charging station for electric or hybrid cars can be used by overnight guests free of charge. The electric charging station is compatible with the most popular car brands. The station is not a fast charging station.
