Keep your balance – SUP Yoga Session

Yoga doesn’t make you sweat? You can’t really say that after a yoga session on the stand-up paddles on Lake Maggiore with the Giardino Coach. At the very least, you will get wet without any major exertion. Dare to get on the 1-man/woman paddles and test your balance. Falling into the water is, of course, which is of course allowed and provides a freshness boost at the end of the session at the latest. First experience on a Stand Up Paddle and in yoga are recommended for this session. Afterwards, a bowl and a smoothie will provide the necessary refreshment.

Bookable only for hotel guests of the Giardino Lago on request and subject to availability. Would you like to test your balance on the SUPs in advance? During your stay, you can borrow the paddles free of charge from the hotel reception at any time, subject to availability.
