At Ecco St. Moritz, New Year’s Eve becomes a culinary experience at star level. Chef Reto Brändli, awarded 18 Gault Millau points and 2 Michelin stars, creates an exclusive 6-course menu full of precision, flavor and sophistication – from tender salmon trout with caviar to lamb from the Poltingen estate with harissa and hazelnuts. An evening full of elegance, perfection and quiet magic. CHF 710 per person including champagne aperitif and New Year’s Eve program.

Whether Christmas or New Year’s Eve – at Hide & Seek, Mediterranean lightness and Alpine warmth combine to create a feast for the senses. Chef Francesco Leone will spoil you with creative menus that elegantly showcase classics such as turbot with Jerusalem artichoke, wagyu cheek with Périgord truffle or champagne risotto with lobster. CHF 220 at Christmas and CHF 320 on New Year’s Eve, including aperitif or champagne aperitif and supporting program.
