For our Power Retreat Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St.Moritz, we are looking to fill the following position for the upcoming winter season 2024/2025 at Hotel Giardino Mountain and for the following summer season 2025 at Hotel Giardino in Ascona:

In this position, you are responsible for the smooth service in our à la carte restaurant. You will work independently from taking orders to collecting payments and will look after and advise our guests at the highest level. Customer-oriented handling of complaints is also part of your job.

 

#aboutyou

  • A completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist
  • Experience in a comparable position in the upscale restaurant business
  • A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
  • Independence, reliability, and sense of duty
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
  • A respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage
