For our Power Retreat Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St.Moritz, we are looking to fill the following position starting from mid-December 2026 for the upcoming winter season:

You will be responsible for a smooth arrival and departure of our guests and a positive first and last impression. Your daily work includes luggage service, hotel shuttle transfers, guest car parking, and various hotel and outdoor errands. In addition, you will be co-responsible for cleaning the driveway, garage, and lobby and will perform your duties at the highest level even in stressful situations.

• Several years of experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry
• Mandatory category B driver’s license; category D1 driver’s license will be considered a plus
• Good language skills in German and English; knowledge of Italian and any other language will be considered a plus
• A cordial and competent guest service
• A well-groomed appearance and a confident manner
• Sense of duty, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• A respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors
