For our Power Retreat Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St.Moritz, we are looking to fill the following position starting from mid-December 2026 for the upcoming winter season:
Assistant Concierge

You will be responsible for a smooth arrival and departure of our guests and a positive first and last impression. In addition to assisting the Belldesk team, you will oversee the goings-on in the hotel lobby and be proactive, linguistically adept, and charming in offering advice and assistance at all times. You enjoy being able to help people, share your insider tips, and love challenges even in busy situations.

- First management experience
- Professional experience as a concierge is an advantage
- A cordial and competent guest service, “passionate host
- Organizational talent and accurate work
- Excellent language skills in German and English and any other language would be an advantage
- A respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors
- Sense of duty, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
- A well-groomed appearance and a confident manner
- Driving license at least category B
