On warm Ticino days, the unique 400-square-metre Roof Lounge invites you to drop in.

For our Personal Retreat Giardino Lago in Minusio-Locarno we are looking for the following professional figure for the next summer season, starting approx. from April 2025 or by appointment:

In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Lago Restaurant. This includes ordering, as well as quality, hygiene, and safety controls. You work in a high-performance and dynamic team and cook at a high gastronomic level.

#aboutyou

  • A completed apprenticeship as a cook in the gastronomy/hotel industry
  • Experience in a comparable position
  • Attention to detail, creativity and reliability
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
  • You keep a cool head even in hectic situations
  • Respectful interaction with colleagues and superiors
