General voucher conditions
Transferability
- Vouchers are not transferable to other persons, or only with the prior consent of the hotel.
- The sale of the voucher to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed at the hotel named on the voucher.
Value
- Cash payment is not possible.
- The voucher is not valid in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
- In the event of loss or theft of the voucher, Giardino Group AG will not provide a refund. There is no entitlement to a partial or full replacement of the voucher.
Validity
- Corresponds to the details on the voucher. The validity cannot be extended.
Booking periods
- Vouchers are not valid in the high season, during vacation periods or on public holidays.

Reservation and redemption
- The hotel reserves the right to accept reservations with voucher redemption only 14 days before arrival.
- Reservations with voucher redemption can be rejected by the hotel even if rooms are available.
- Vouchers are only valid for direct bookings by e-mail to hc.onidraig@noitavreser or by telephone on +41 800 333 313, stating the voucher number.
- If the booking is made through other channels (such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor or travel agencies) and the voucher is only presented on departure, it will not be accepted and the price originally confirmed at the time of booking will be charged.
