Yoga-Retreat: New Start

In our hectic everyday lives, it is more important than ever to take regular time out and reconnect with your inner center. Our 4-day yoga retreat offers you the opportunity to bring your body back into balance and promote self-regulation. This retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to give their body exactly what it often misses: yoga, meditation, healthy food, relaxation and time and space for themselves.

Goals
This retreat offers you the ideal opportunity to let go of “old burdens”, recharge your batteries and bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Allow yourself to take this time-out and return to your everyday life refreshed and rejuvenated.

The«Yoga-Retreat» includes:

– Daily yoga sessions: Asanas for arms, legs, balance, shoulder flexibility, inversion postures and twists
– Pranayama exercises to reduce stress and improve lung capacity: 2 hours in the morning
– Evening meditation (yoga nidra): 1 hour for deep relaxation
– Ayurvedic half board: freshly prepared, nutritious meals
– 3 individual Ayurveda treatments: 60-minute treatment each or a treatment of your choice to promote well-being
