Yoga and Meditation with Special Guest Ben Rakidzija

Socrates said, “In every person, there is the sun; you just need to make it shine.” How can we make this sun shine? A Korean Zen master I recently heard would say, “I don’t know.” Not knowing was his method.

In our practice week as well, we will try not to know. We aim to empty our minds instead of filling them with new thoughts. One method to cultivate our not knowing is Yoga, while another method is Zen meditation. In Yoga, we practice a free style encompassing Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and QiGong. We bring the body into tension and relaxation, stillness, and ease. In Zazen, we enter the conscious silence of Zen meditation and focus on a simple, ancient method to clarify the mind.

We practise in silence, two sessions daily. Each day begins with 60 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation, each day ends with 60 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.

From 8.00 to 9.15 AM and 5.00 to 6.15 PM in the Yoga Lounge.

Good to Know
The program is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. Participants are recommended to wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals one and a half hours before the Yoga session.
