Cheese & Champagne
Winter in the mountains. Biting cold air, pure white snow and twinkling stars. And you? You’re right in the midst of it all with fondue and champagne. It’s not a luxurious survival camp though, it’s our new pop-up restaurant RSRV (pronounced “reservé”) on the terrace of the Giardino Mountain hotel. But you won’t freeze – you’ll be protected from the elements by a transparent dome, for an outdoor feeling with an indoor temperature!
And, in keeping with the season, we will only be serving Swiss cheese fondues. Not just any old fondue, though. We have created delicious local versions of this traditional dish: an Engadine cheese fondue, a luxurious cheese fondue with truffles and the St. Moritz Edition with champagne, all of which are served as the main course of a three-course dinner with a starter and dessert. If you wish, you can also enjoy a Mumm RSRV champagne, which is available exclusively in select gourmet restaurants.
If you are looking for one of the best cheese fondues St. Moritz has to offer and want to enjoy it in a truly cool location, cheese and champagne at the pop-up restaurant RSRV is the perfect choice. The limited number of places (a maximum of 30 people) also ensures an exclusive experience. We recommend reserving a table in advance.
