Albula Railway Museum
The railway museum Albula in Bergün guides railway lovers and families through the railway history of Graubünden. Old railway utensils, films and models inspire the visitors. In the simulator in the legendary crocodile locomotive, visitors guide the locomotive themselves along the Albula line.
600 exhibits from more than 100 years of railway history testify to pioneering achievements in Graubünden, to the people who shaped the railway – and to the landscapes it shaped. Discarded station clocks, historical documents or plans for the construction of the art buildings illustrate the history and significance of the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage route between Thusis and Tirano.
