Ecco All Stars
Ecco is aroma cuisine. Ecco is fine dining. And Ecco is also multi-award winning. Rolf Fliegauf and Stefan Heilemann were both recently named “Most Improved Chef of the Year” and awarded 18 Gault Millau points, and all three of their restaurants have two Michelin stars.
On 1 March, both chefs will be cooking together at the Ecco St. Moritz restaurant, combining their purist aroma cuisines in a single menu. What more could you want?
