Christmas Tree Celebration on Christmas Eve
The heavenly highlight: Not only children’s eyes will light up! Everyone is warmly welcome to come and jointly illuminate Champfèr’s oldest and largest Christmas tree. This will take place at 5.00 p.m. on the terrace in front of Stüva. Accompanied by contemplative music, warm beverages, and Christmas treats.

The magic of Christmas
The Christmas magic will transport you to an enchanting dream world. On Christmas Day, we have a dazzling surprise in store: “Art on Ice” on the hotel’s own ice rink. Experience the athletic masterpieces of the ISC St. Moritz figure skating school. The ice show starts at 4.00 p.m.

Excursion tip: Toboggan run Bergün
Dive into the most exciting toboggan run of Switzerland: the toboggan run, a myth for family adventures! This action-packed, five-kilometer-long downhill adventure, replete with numerous curves, begins from Preda, tracing the snow covered Albula road to Bergün. And that’s just the beginning! Even the journey by train is an adventure in itself: the Rhaetian Railway winds its way through an enchanting fairytale landscape on its way to St. Moritz, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Apéro riche all’italiana!
Why Italy in the Engadin? Very simple: Francesco Leone, our executive chef, is a native of Sicily. He would have loved to have spent the holidays with Mamma in the South. The well-known remedy for home sickness is food from the homeland. The best part of it? Enjoy his creations of tasty antipasti. P.S. : It is obvious that there is also a choice of authentic Italian trolls. Buon apetito e salute!

Excursion tip: Carriage ride in the romantic Roseg Valley
Discover a terrestrial paradise from the backs of horses. Though not quite as adventurous but all the more romantic is the carriage ride to Val Roseg, an Engadin winter classic. Wrapped in cozy blankets with a view of the magnificent mountains of Piz Palü and Piz Bernina, life seems like a dream.
