Ayurveda experience at Giardino Ascona

Preventive, regenerative and sustainable, “Ayurveda by Giardino” helps with physical health impairments and chronic ailments. Get an insight into Ayurvedic nutrition, its principles and their implementation in everyday life. You do not need any previous knowledge. But even if you are already convinced of Ayurveda, this compact time-out is perfect as an introduction or as a refresher.

Bookable only on request and subject to availability for hotel guests of Giardino Lago.

Participation in the morning yoga session at the Hotel Giardino Ascona (8 to 9 a.m.). Followed by an Ayurvedic treatment (60 minutes of your choice) and day use of the dipiù Spa and garden facilities. Optionally with or without shuttle to the hotel.
