What it’s about
Those who play golf know the demands that this sport places on the body. What many are unaware of is that targeted training can lead to an astonishing improvement in performance. The “Train for golf” summer special can be completed ideally as part of a golf week. Personal goals such as injury prevention, strength development and coordination skills can be set individually and prioritised accordingly. The Giardino Coach thus creates a new playing experience in five days. Giardino Ascona is the first golf resort in Ticino: Offering direct access to the Golf Club Patriziale Ascona’s 18-hole course, the oldest golf course in Ticino, this is about as close as it gets to the action.

We continuously improve our everyday life. With state-of-the-art technology, the latest fashion trends and quick relaxation when we’re short on time, we optimise our life as a matter of course. Unfortunately, we then often stop short of applying this to what is most important: ourselves. The coach demonstrates to customers the potential of their own body and mind, defines goals together with them and sets them on the path to also achieving these independently. On your marks, get set, me!
All training sessions are personally overseen by the Giardino Coach.
- Day 1: Check-up, setting of goals and training plan (90 min.), initial strength training with weights (60 min.)
- Day 2: Cardio training (60 min.)
- Day 3: Core training (60 min.)
- Day 4: Cardio training (60 min.)
- Day 5: Power Plate strength training (60 min.), feedback discussion (30 min.)
