This «Yoga-Retreat» includes:

– Daily yoga sessions: asanas for arms, legs, balance, shoulder flexibility, inversion postures and twists
– Pranayama exercises to reduce stress and improve lung capacity: 2 hours in the morning
– Evening meditation (yoga nidra): 1 hour for deep relaxation
– Lectures on healthy nutrition: useful information and tips for a balanced, Ayurvedic diet
– Vegetarian, Ayurvedic full board: freshly prepared, nutritious meals
– Individual Ayurveda treatment: A 60-minute treatment or a treatment of your choice to promote well-being
