Yin Yoga with Ben Rakidzija

Yin Yoga invites us to perceive our body in its full depth and to work energetically with it, beyond the pressure to perform and the striving for external confirmation. It is about being present in the moment, deepening mindfulness, and intensely experiencing the “here and now” to develop a deeper awareness of oneself, away from the past or the future.

Yin Yoga incorporates the gentle movements of Qi Gong. To promote flexibility, release fascial tension, relax and soothe. The class helps beginners find their way into yoga and advanced students develop their beginner’s spirit.
