Being an inspiring fusion of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Qi Gong, this unique style of yoga creates a profound connection between body and mind. After years of experience and dedication as a yoga teacher, Ben Rakidzija created Silent Flow Yoga with the vision of offering beginners a gentle introduction to the world of yoga, while allowing advanced students to deepen and rediscover their practice through the beginner’s mind.

Being more than just a series of exercises, Silent Flow Yoga is an invitation to self-reflection and self-discovery, motivated by a deeper harmony with nature. It invites us to appreciate the beauty of simplicity and to recognize the essence of our existence in every movement and every breath.
