Ticino and the passion of cooking are not the only things that connect the three star chefs, Rolf Fliegauf, Marco Campanella and Mattias Roock. One of Roock’s career stations was also the Giardino Ascona and Marco Campanella once learned from Rolf Fliegauf. The three chefs share a common past in their careers and a good friendship, which they now celebrate together at a lunch. The three Michelin-starred chefs of the Guide Michelin restaurants in Ascona, serve a joint menu with their own creations in six courses and at the same time create together a unique experience for the senses.
The three-part event series will kick off on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at the Ecco restaurant in the Hotel Giardino Ascona.
