All training sessions are personally overseen.
- Day 1: Bioelectrical impedance analysis with nutritional advice, introduction to cardio training and first workout with own body weight.
- Day 2: ZonerR body treatment and Power Plate strength training
- Day 3: Cardio training and training with own body weight
- Day 4: BodyArt training to strengthen the overall musculature and coordination
- Day 5: Aquafit and coaching to integrate sport into everyday life
- Day 6: Cardio training
- Day 7: ZonerR body treatment and Power Plate strength training; coaching for more mindfulness and body awareness
