There are plenty of labels that shout “sustainability” or proclaim “regionality”. But what is really behind them and what are the differences? The FARM concept is a network of regional producers of Marinello, one of the suppliers of Ecco Zurich. The focus here is on the proximity between the producers and the customers, with an average distance of 23 km.
At the “FARM meets Ecco” event, Stefan Heilemann will exclusively process the above-mentioned regional products in a starred vegetarian menu. In addition, Tiziano Marinello, the owner of Marinello, will introduce the FARM concept and the background to it. Let’s FARM!
