Extra beds
A charge up from CHF 170 from 13 years on per person and night (CHF 270 in premium time) applies for an extra bed in guest rooms. Extra beds are available on request in the double room category and upwards.
Breakfast
A breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. in restaurant Hide & Seek.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in the Hotel Giardino Mountain. Per dog CHF 40 per night will be charged, without food. Dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant Ecco St. Moritz, Restaurant Hide & Seek, and the spa area. However, dogs are welcome in our restaurant Stüva.
Family offerings
Children until the age of 12 stay free in their parents’ room (including breakfast).
Children aged 13 and over
For children aged 13 and over the cost of an extra bed is from CHF 170 per person and night (CHF 270 in premium time), including breakfast. Extra beds are available on request for the double room category and upwards.
Mountain Kids Club
Kids are the life and soul of Giardino. The Mountain kids club is a real highlight for children, and it even has its own restaurant where kids spend mealtimes together. For children aged 3 to 11.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of stay. In the event of later cancellations, up to 3 nights of the booked stay will be charged. The same rule applies to nights not taken due to late arrival or early departure. A different cancellation deadline applies over Christmas and New Year; please see the booking confirmation for more details.
Booking without risk
Our partner Allianz offers a travel cancellation insurance service. Please note, that the insurance is only valid when booked before the beginning of the trip.

Parking
When arriving by car the use of the hotel’s underground car park is compulsory and is charged CHF 30 per day and car.
Car electric charging stations
The universal charging station for electric or hybrid cars can be used free of charge by overnight guests. The e-charging station is suitable for the most common car brands. The station is not a fast charging station.
Train
Free shuttle service to and from St. Moritz station. Journey time: approx. 10 minutes.
Travel without your luggage
The luggage special is a convenient offer from SBB to transport your luggage from your home to your holiday destination. Your suitcase will arrive at Giardino Mountain just two days after collection. This offer can be booked whatever method of transport you plan to use – be it the train or even your own car. Enjoy a stress-free car journey with plenty of room to stretch out, or take the train without needing to haul your suitcase around – simply sit back and enjoy the stunning panoramic views along the World Heritage route over the Albula Pass and down to St. Moritz. Your holiday starts with the journey there.

Restaurants
A charge of CHF 80 per person and day applies at the Hide & Seek restaurant or at the Stüva. This package can only be booked for the entire duration of the stay.

Winter activities
Fantastic skiing and snowboarding on 350km of pistes with this unique offer: CHF 47 per person and day up from one night for the whole stay. Free for children aged 5 and under. Ivo’s Sportshop
Right opposite the hotel, IVO’S SPORTSHOP offers an array of clothing, accessories and sports equipment. It also rents out sports equipment (skis, snowboards, etc) and offers a full ski service. As a guest of Giardino Mountain you receive Special conditions.
Transfer to Chasellas and Corvatsch ski area
a free shuttle runs to ski lift Chasellas (Suvretta area) and Corvatsch cable car on request. Journey time:
