Extra beds
In double room medium and suite, a cot for children aged 0 to 2 can be arranged on request (including breakfast). In suites, an extra bed for children aged 3 to 12 can be arranged free of charge (including breakfast). For children and adults aged 13 years and over, the cost of an extra bed is CHF 60 per person and night (including breakfast).

Breakfast is served in restaurant Lago from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Dogs
Dog supplement: CHF 30 per pet and per night (excluding food). Dogs are permitted in all areas.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of stay. In the event of later cancellations, up to 3 nights of the booked stay will be charged. The same rule applies to nights not taken due to late arrival or early departure.
Booking without risk
Our partner Allianz offers a travel cancellation insurance service. Please note, that the insurance is only valid when booked until the beginning of the trip.

There are 12 free parking spaces available from the hotel. These cannot be reserved. Another large public car park is available directly next to the hotel (max. CHF 5 / per day).

Restaurants
CHF 80 per person per day will be charged. Half-board can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay. The half-board is taken in the restaurant Lago. On request and depending on table capacity, half board can be enjoyed as part of a dinner at the Hide & Seek restaurant.

Modern Mediterranean cuisine at Lago Maggiore. The Lago restaurant is situated directly on the water-front promenade in Minusio – Locarno and features antipasti, homemade pasta and risotto, and gelati – everything that exudes la dolce vita.

Stand-up paddle boards are a fine way to see Lake Maggiore in an active yet relaxed manner. They are available from reception on request.
Sun loungers
In summer, sun loungers can be hired from reception free of charge for use on Lago Maggiore’s public beach.
Golf
Set in manicured parkland and affording striking lake and mountain views, the 18-hole Golf Club Patriziale Ascona ranks as one of Europe’s most beautiful golf courses. Giardino golfers can take advantage of the fact that the hotel is so close to Golf Club Patriziale Ascona, as well as receiving vouchers that offer a 10% discount on its green fees. These vouchers are available at reception.
