A sporty power retreat with Engadine charm, with 78 exclusive rooms and suites, the restaurants Hide & Seek, Stüva, and the gourmet restaurant Ecco, as well as the dipiù Spa. The 5-star superior hotel combines a sophisticated lifestyle with alpine chic. A retreat with character, in search of personalities with passion.

For our Power Retreat Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St.Moritz, we are looking to fill the following position for the upcoming winter season 2024/2025 at Hotel Giardino Mountain, as well as for the following summer season 2025 at Hotel Giardino in Ascona:

Restaurant Ecco stands for excellent aroma cuisine, characterized by the ideas of chef Rolf Fliegauf. He aims to combine the natural flavors of the ingredients in such a way that the guests find a culinary masterpiece on their plates. For this, his restaurant concept has already been awarded two Michelin stars at both Ecco Ascona and Ecco St. Moritz.
