The hotel’s three restaurants individually provide culinary highlights; from modern creations inspired by Asia, the Orient, and the Occident at Hide & Seek, to Engadine specialties in the rustic ambiance of the Stüva, to the high art of star cuisine at Ecco St. Moritz. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant Hide & Seek and our Engadine Stüva. This includes ordering, as well as quality, hygiene, and safety controls. You work in a high-performance and dynamic team and cook at a high gastronomic level.

• Completed vocational training as a cook in the gastronomy/hotel industry
• Experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• You are a team player even in hectic situations and do not lose the overview
• A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
• Independence, reliability, and sense of duty
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Respectful interaction with colleagues and superiors
