For our Power Retreat Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St.Moritz, we are looking for the upcoming winter season 2024/2025 and for the following summer season 2025 in Hotel Giardino in Ascona, the following position, starting from mid-December 2024:

You are responsible for checking the rooms, the public areas and the cleanliness of the entire house and monitor the standards. If necessary, you support the colleagues in floristry, floor and lingerie. You also represent the Housekeeping Manager in her absence and, together with her, lead and inspire the team and ensure the training and introduction of new employees.

• A completed apprenticeship in hotel management
• Experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and Italian and any other language would be an advantage
• Attention to detail and a great sense of order
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
• You are a team player even in hectic situations and do not lose sight of the big picture
• A respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors
