For our Personal Retreat Giardino Lago in Minusio-Locarno we are looking for the following professional figure for the next summer season, starting approx. from April 2025 or by appointment:

In this role you will replace the Head Chef of Restaurant Lago in his absence and take joint responsibility for the kitchen team as well as for ensuring the overall kitchen processes. You will work in a high-performance and dynamic team and cook in the various positions. Together with the Head Chef, you will lead and inspire the team and ensure the training and introduction of new employees.
