At our soul retreat Giardino Ascona in Ticino, we are looking to fill the following position for the upcoming summer season, starting approx. from April 2025:

Supervisor Poolside Restaurant

In collaboration with our bar team, you will be co-responsible for the smooth operation of the bar and poolside restaurant. You will work independently and responsibly, offering our guests assistance and advice at the highest level, and you will also know how to be a role model for our team.

  • A completed apprenticeship in the gastronomy/hotel industry
  • Similar experience in a leadership position
  • Strong sense of hospitality
  • Independence, reliability and sense of duty
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Ability to manage teamwork even in stressful situations while keeping the big picture under control at all times
  • A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
  • A respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors
  • Excellent language skills in German, Italian and English
