Time for hiding is over. Today, it’s authentic, casual and local. Nevertheless, Hide & Seek keeps the charm of the undiscovered, the taste of the thrill. Inspired by Asia, the Orient and the Occident, sweet, salty, bitter, spicy and sour elements meet here like unknown elements and together trigger unexpected taste explosions. In this role, you are co-responsible for the smooth operation of your work area and support the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes, ordering, quality, hygiene and safety checks.
