Time for hiding is over. Today, it’s authentic, casual and local. Nevertheless, Hide & Seek keeps the charm of the undiscovered, the taste of the thrill. Inspired by Asia, the Orient and the Occident, sweet, salty, bitter, spicy and sour elements meet here like unknown elements and together trigger unexpected taste explosions. In this position, you are responsible for the smooth operation of your work area. This includes ordering, as well as quality, hygiene and safety control. You work in a high-performance and dynamic team and cook at a high gastronomic level.

• A completed apprenticeship as a cook in the gastronomy/hotel industry
• Experience in a comparable position
