The visitor’s tax of CHF 4.50 and the accommodation tax of CHF 1.70 per person per day will be charged separately.

Extra Beds
The extra bed in the room is charged CHF 170 per night and person. Extra beds are available from the category double room morning sun upwards and on request.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is available from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Hide & Seek restaurant.
Dogs
Dogs are charged CHF 40 per night per dog, without food. Dogs are not allowed in our restaurants and on the lawn.
Family offer
Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in their parent’s room, with breakfast included. Dinner for children is offered à la carte.
Children from 13 years
For children 13 years and older, the price for the extra bed is CHF 170 per person per night, breakfast included. Extra beds are available from the category double room Morning Sun upwards and on request.
Dino Club
Children can use the Dino Club in a separate area of the park with a soccer field. Supervision with changing adventure programs is provided. For children from 3 to 13 years.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of stay. In the event of later cancellations, up to 3 nights of the booked stay will be charged. The same rule applies to nights not taken due to late arrival or early departure.
Booking without risk
Our partner Allianz offers a travel cancellation insurance service. Please note, that the insurance is only valid when booked until the beginning of the trip.

Parking
If you arrive by car, the use of the underground garage/outdoor parking space is obligatory, and will be charged CHF 30.
Car E-charging stations
The universal charging station for electric or hybrid cars can be used free of charge by overnight guests. The e-charging station is suitable for the most common car brands. The station is not a fast charging station.
Public transportation
Free shuttle service to and from Locarno train station. Duration: about 15 minutes

Restaurants
CHF 80 per person per day will be charged. Half-board can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay. The half-board is basically taken in the restaurant Hide & Seek.
