Recommendation – What our Ayurveda team recommends

The super fruit brings many positive properties. From an Ayurvedic point of view, grapes have a moisturizing, cooling, stomach-strengthening effect and reduce the vata and pitta dosha, and thus can also relieve various discomforts. Here are a few recommendations from our Ayurveda team:

According to Ayurveda, eating raisins regularly has a positive effect on eye health. So, if you have eye problems due to heat or lack of sleep, you can make a decoction of raisins and drink a few cups of it throughout the day. Grapes are considered an excellent rejuvenator and provide renewed energy in case of exhaustion. Likewise, in case of fatigue due to overexertion, a handful of raisins can provide new and fresh energy. Eating raisins for several days eliminates a rough voice as well as painful urination.
