Hier finden Sie das ganze Rezept zum einfachen Nachmachen:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Zutaten (f\u00fcr eine Portion)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Apfel<\/li>\n<li>5 EL Haferflocken<\/li>\n<li>150 ml Mandelmilch<\/li>\n<li>1\u20132 Datteln<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 TL Kakaopulver<\/li>\n<li>2 Prisen Zimt<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Kurkuma<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Kokosraspeln oder Kokosflocken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Zuerst beginnen Sie, den Apfel zu waschen und in zwei H\u00e4lften zu teilen. In diesem Schritt entfernen Sie auch das Kerngeh\u00e4use. Im Anschluss sch\u00e4len Sie eine H\u00e4lfte und schneiden diese H\u00e4lfte des Apfels in kleine W\u00fcrfel. Die andere H\u00e4lfte lassen Sie ungesch\u00e4lt und schneiden Sie zur Dekoration in d\u00fcnne Scheiben. Die Datteln zerkleinern Sie ebenfalls.<\/li>\n<li>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt werden zun\u00e4chst die 5 EL Haferflocken im Topf leicht anger\u00f6stet. Anschliessend geben Sie die Apfelw\u00fcrfel, 150 ml Mandelmilch, 1\u20132 Datteln, den halben Teel\u00f6ffel Kakaopulver sowie eine Prise Zimt und Kurkuma in den Topf. Alle Zutaten werden unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren einmal aufgekocht.<\/li>\n<li>Anschliessend nehmen Sie den Topf vorsichtig von der Herdplatte auf einen Untersetzer und lassen den Inhalt noch ca. 5 Minuten quellen.<\/li>\n<li>Zu guter Letzt f\u00fcllen Sie das fertige Porridge in eine Sch\u00fcssel um und garnieren es mit den ungesch\u00e4lten Apfelscheiben sowie einer weiteren Prise Zimt und den Kokosraspeln bzw.
