Das Rezept f\u00fcr vegane Zitronentarte unseres K\u00fcchenchefs erinnert uns sofort an warme Abende auf der Terrasse, laue Luftz\u00fcge und den zarten Duft des Sommers. Etwas sauer, etwas s\u00fcss, dazu ein knuspriger Boden \u2013 Sommer f\u00fcr die Zunge.<\/p>\n<p>Und so einfach gelingt Sie auch Ihnen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Teigboden<\/strong><br \/>\n200 g Mehl<br \/>\n125 g Margarine<br \/>\n2 EL Agavendicksaft<br \/>\n1 Pr Salz<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>zu einem Teig verarbeiten und 20 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen<\/li>\n<li>ausrollen und mit Rand in eine Kuchenform legen<\/li>\n<li>mit einer Gabel einstechen<\/li>\n<li>15 Minuten bei 170\u00b0 C backen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Vanillecreme<\/strong><br \/>\n200 ml Mandelmilch<br \/>\n20 g Cremepulver oder Maizena<br \/>\n17 g Ahornsirup<br \/>\n1\/4 Vanillestange<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>alles zusammen aufkochen<\/li>\n<li>kalt stellen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Zitronencreme<\/strong><br \/>\n60 g Zitronensaft<br \/>\n2 Zitronenzesten<br \/>\n120 g Agavendicksaft<br \/>\n120 g Margarine<br \/>\n3 EL Maizena<br \/>\n2 EL Wasser<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>alles vermischen und aufkochen<\/li>\n<li>erkalten lassen<\/li>\n<li>Vanillecreme und Zitronencreme zusammen mit dem Stabmixer mixen bis eine homogene Masse entsteht<\/li>\n<li>nun noch 250 g vegane Sahne aufschlagen und unter die Creme heben<\/li>\n<li>Creme auf dem abgek\u00fchlten Boden verteilen und erneut k\u00fchlstellen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr den veganen \u00abEischnee\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/strong>80 g Kichererbsenkochwasser<br \/>\n(dazu 100 g Kichererbsen \u00fcber Nacht in kaltem Wasser einweichen, abgiessen, knapp mit Wasser bedecken und ca 1.5h darin weichkochen.
